1. Technical Architect

We are looking to hire an experienced technical architect to oversee the design and implementation of our clients' IT systems. As a technical architect, you will be responsible for meeting with the IT manager to discuss company processes, designing the structure of enterprise level IT systems, overseeing the project implementation, and measuring the performance of the new system.

Responsibilities
  • The Technical Architect will have a hands-on role with the primary function to assist the Solution Development, Integration Solutions, and Solutions Engineering teams in cross-functional and standardized design.
  • Solves problems that have unique and/or broad implications for the technology architecture.
  • Directs and leads the architectural elements of large projects or projects that are highly critical to the future of the organization. Consistently leads projects in a self-motivated and self-guided way.
  • Lead customer projects from a technical perspective and set overall technical strategy – take total ownership of all technical aspects of a project.
  • Ability to quickly understand and implement new technology stacks, as needed.
  • Possesses deep expertise in data, process, and system modeling skills in order to effectively document and analyze proposed architectures across the enterprise.
  • As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects.
  • High-level technical project strategy (APIs, Microservices, databases, data streams, web, mobile, etc.)
  • Provide technical leadership and coordination to team in the performance of their assigned tasks and projects.
Qualifications / Education
  • The ideal candidate is a trusted partner of the business, not only passionate of about technology but focused on the customer and business outcomes.
  • Candidates should have a broad technical knowledge of APIs, messaging/integration, cloud engineering, front end solutions, data architectures.
  • 5+ years as a leader with hands-on architecture experience in architecting, designing and building performant, resilient, high throughput and secure enterprise grade solutions.
  • 7+ years of experience with architectural patterns, microservices, event driven platforms, Cloud platforms and integration patterns.
  • Database skills including SQL, data modeling, and databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, AWS Redshift).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS.
  • Deep knowledge of modern architectures, including serverless/containerized.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification.
  • Strategic problem solving and strong solutions designing skills.
  • Abstract thinking skills, comfort level with concepts of application, data and technology architectures.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels the organization.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree 10+ years of progressive technology experience.

2. Web Manager:

We are looking to hire a website manager with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of knowledge. Website managers are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and fantastic content creation and writing skills.

Full Job Description
  • We are looking for a website developer/system administrator that will have the following skills but not limited to.
  • Understands what it takes to properly structure a website including internal links, schema markup, proper page tagging and the ability to follow Google’s guidelines.
  • Will be able to complete or manage daily tasks for improving and updating the website as needed while a new one is created.
  • Will need development/redesigning/rebuilding the website that is modern, clean and sleek.
  • Able to find through contract portals like Upwork, Fiverr and others to manage additional people as needed to complete additional tasks.
  • Understands WordPress and can work within that environment fluently.
  • Able to work in a combination of both staging and live environments at the same time to accomplish different stages of the website.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
  • Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
  • knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards.
  • Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, MySQL and JavaScript.
  • Skills in React.js is a huge plus.
  • Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent content creation skills.
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Experience
  • Web design: 3 years (Preferred).
  • CSS: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HTML5: 3 years (Preferred)
